- Support the month-end close process, including bank reconciliations, revenue recognition, cost allocations, accruals, and intercompany transactions, in accordance with group reporting requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support regulatory filings, management reporting, and external audits.
- Enhance internal control frameworks to strengthen financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting.
- Develop effective and automated processes for financial reporting and analytics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial priorities with broader business objectives and support informed decision-making.
- Facilitate navigation of the regulatory landscape by proactively monitoring and responding to changes in reporting standards and tax mandates across multiple jurisdictions in the Americas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4+ years of relevant experience in the financial services, fintech, or crypto industries
- Deep understanding of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS)
- Experience with financial reporting, planning, and performance analysis
- The skillset to work within the demands of a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and clearly articulate outcomes to senior management
- Self-starting problem solver, able to self-identify and execute new tasks as they emerge, and solve problems proactively to full completion without significant direction
- Experience working across time zones and multicultural teams
- Previous experience at a crypto exchange, or fintech organization
- Interest in blockchain technology and the crypto payments space

- The salary range for this position is $75,531 - $94,413
- The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
