We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as the finance lead for our global Partner Services organization. In this high-visibility role, you’ll own the financial story behind partner and channel revenue, manage the full P&L lens on partner and channel costs across all regions, and act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership. You’ll be the go-to person when the business needs fast, rigorous ad hoc analysis to inform critical decisions.
This is an ideal role for a self-starter who thrives on ambiguity, takes ownership of complex global workstreams, and can seamlessly shift between deep-dive modeling and executive-level storytelling. You won’t wait to be told what to analyze — you’ll see the opportunity, build the case, and bring recommendations to the table.
What You’ll Do:Own the end-to-end financial management of partner services revenue, including partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and channel revenue streams across all global regions
Manage and forecast global partner and channel costs — including commissions, incentives, co-marketing spend, onboarding costs, and partner program operational expenses — ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate targets
Build, maintain, and continuously improve dynamic financial models for partner revenue forecasting, channel profitability analysis, and partner unit economics
Serve as the primary ad hoc analytical resource for the Partner Services leadership team, rapidly turning around high-impact analyses on deal economics, partner tiering, territory optimization, and strategic investment decisions
Partner with executive leadership to proactively surface data-driven recommendations on partner spend optimization, channel investment allocation, and high-impact growth opportunities across regions
Own bottoms-up headcount forecasting for the Partner Services organization, dynamically accounting for moving pieces including new hires, backfills, exits, transfers, and timing shifts to maintain an accurate and real-time view of people costs
Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes for partner services, including revenue recognition, cost accruals, and variance analysis with executive commentary
Develop and automate dashboards tracking partner KPIs — partner revenue contribution, channel margin, partner acquisition cost, partner lifetime value, and program ROI — using BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Operations, Sales, Legal, and Accounting to reconcile partner billing, validate commission calculations, and ensure global cost allocations are accurate
Support annual budgeting and long-range planning cycles for the partner organization, incorporating top-down targets and bottoms-up partner-level builds
Enthusiastically leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline financial workloads, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock new efficiencies across partner analytics, forecasting, and reporting workflows
Identify and implement process improvements to increase reporting accuracy, reduce cycle times, and improve data integrity across partner financial operations
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function within a SaaS, technology, or ecommerce company
Demonstrated experience supporting partner, channel, or indirect revenue business models with global cost structures
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, multi-tab financial models) and SQL
Experience with SaaS billing, subscription platforms, and partner commission/incentive structures
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics: ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV, CAC, and partner-specific profitability metrics
Proven ability to deliver high-quality ad hoc analysis under tight timelines with minimal direction
Excellent communication and executive presence, with experience presenting financial insights and recommendations to VP+ leadership
Strong sense of ownership — you see gaps, you fill them; you don’t wait for someone to assign the work
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of workstreams end-to-end
Self-starter with a passion for learning and continuous improvement, comfortable working independently and collaborating across time zones
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with in-person attendance required three days per week at our Austin Domain office
