Job Summary: The Senior Financial Systems Manager is an integral part of the senior management team in the finance department. This role is responsible for the implementation, administration, and enhancement of systems that manage accounting and financial data across 40+ U.S. and international entities. This role partners closely with Accounting, Product, and Technology teams to identify business needs, develop strategic solutions, and improve financial system performance. Key responsibilities include implementing and optimizing ERP systems, generating and editing reports, resolving system issues, and supporting data integrity. The role also leads user training, streamlines processes, and strengthens controls across all areas of Finance and Accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Key leader and SME for an ERP implementation includes end-to-end assessment of business processes, system configuration, testing, quality assurance, training, and integration of systems.
  • Continuously review opportunities for improvement in how current platforms are leveraged and bring best practices to the forefront.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related issues and provide troubleshooting and support for end users, coordinating with technical support and product owners as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of DocLink and ERP with other systems.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to management.
  • Lead and support the implementation of DocLink and related business processes supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and Fixed Assets.
  • Support financial reporting and planning processes by ensuring data integrity and enabling automation through system-driven solutions.
 

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a Technology-related field.
  • Knowledge of general accounting and corporate financial reporting, including international requirements and intercompany transactions.
  • Robust interpersonal skills, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Successful ERP implementation with multiple ledgers, currencies, and business units.
  • Advanced Excel skills, familiarity with SQL, and other reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Functional professional with full lifecycle ERP migrations with proven success implementing process improvements in accounting environments.
  • Experience supporting validation of consolidated financial statements and audits through system data extraction.

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $190,000. This position will also include a profit sharing that is dependent on a variety of factors.
