Forward Deployed Software Engineers (FDSEs) are embedded technical partners to high-stakes enterprise clients. In pharma engagements, they work directly with clinical, medical affairs, and R&D teams to build data-driven solutions on our Medical and Clinical Products platforms. FDSEs operate like startup CTOs: owning end-to-end technical delivery, adapting to evolving problems, and translating between business and data domains.
