As a Senior FP&A Data Analyst at Storable, you will be the engine behind our data-driven growth strategy.  Reporting to the Director of Finance and working closely with the SVP-Finance, you will be the technical partner bridging the gap between complex data and financial strategy, driving fast executive decision-making.  

As a data expert, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, BI and cross-functional partners, offering insights and leveraging modern analytics tools—including AI—to drive informed decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning data logic, building scalable analytics, and translating technical outputs into meaningful business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the integration of data across our tech stack (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot, Tableau, NetSuite, and Stripe) and own metric definitions to ensure consistency across the business
  • Query, model, and transform data using SQL from source systems such as the data warehouse, CRM, and product analytics tools
  • Implement rigorous data cleaning and checking processes to ensure accuracy and standardization across product lines
  • Develop and maintain automated executive dashboards using Tableau that provide real-time visibility into the health of the business for our leadership team
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance analytical efficiency, uncover deeper insights, and solve complex data challenges
  • Support and partner with FP&A, Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Product to drive deep insights related to product and packaging, GTM efficiency, headcount planning, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics, ideally in a SaaS or subscription-based business
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and unit economics
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries to join disparate data sources.
  • Experience building dashboards and data models in Tableau
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and analysis
  • Ability to connect technical data to business concepts such as profitability, growth, and operational efficiency
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with non-technical stakeholders
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and speed are non-negotiable.

Preferred:

  • Admin experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Python/R: For predictive modeling (e.g., Churn prediction or CLV forecasting).
