Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with 5–7 years of experience building scalable, high-performance, and accessible web applications within enterprise digital platforms. This role is frontend-focused and requires deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, component-driven architecture, responsive UI development, and enterprise CMS integration — particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

The ideal candidate combines strong technical execution with ownership, mentoring capabilities, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including design, backend, QA, DevOps, and content teams. Experience delivering large-scale, content-rich websites and design system-driven frontend architectures is essential.

Role Responsibilities

Frontend Architecture & Development
  • Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Define and implement frontend architecture, reusable component strategies, and coding standards.
  • Build modular, reusable UI components aligned with enterprise design systems and scalable frontend patterns.
Framework & Application Development
  • Develop advanced frontend solutions using React (preferred), Next.js, or Vue.js.
  • Architect and manage frontend state, routing, rendering strategies, and component composition.
  • Optimize frontend applications for scalability, maintainability, and long-term extensibility.
CMS & AEM Integration
  • Lead frontend integration efforts within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or comparable enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Work extensively with:

  • Ensure frontend solutions are author-friendly and aligned with CMS content authoring workflows.
  • Collaborate with backend/AEM developers to establish clean component contracts and integration standards.
Design System Implementation
  • Translate Figma and design system specifications into scalable frontend implementations.
  • Drive consistency in UI implementation, typography, spacing, accessibility, and interaction behavior.
  • Contribute to or maintain enterprise component libraries and shared UI frameworks.
Performance Optimization
  • Lead frontend performance initiatives focused on:
    • Core Web Vitals
    • Lazy loading
    • Code splitting
    • Image optimization
    • Bundle optimization
    • Rendering performance
  • Monitor and improve application performance across devices and browsers.
Accessibility & Quality
  • Ensure applications meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
  • Advocate for semantic HTML, accessibility best practices, and inclusive design implementation.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend quality standards.
API & Headless Integration
  • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Support headless CMS and decoupled frontend architectures where applicable.
  • Manage asynchronous data handling, caching strategies, and error states effectively.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
  • Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, technical planning, and sprint estimation.
  • Promote best practices in frontend engineering, testing, accessibility, and performance.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, QA engineers, backend developers, DevOps teams, and content authors.
  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to delivery planning.

Requirements
  • 5–7 years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale or content-heavy web platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
  • Experience contributing to frontend architecture and technical decision-making.

  • Strong ability to convert Figma designs into production-ready interfaces with high visual accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or utility-first styling approaches is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of frontend animations and interaction design.
