Position Summary
GoodLeap’s Servicing Solutions team is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Frontend Engineer. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a deep passion for front-end development, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, delightful user experiences. In this role, you will be working on a greenfield product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, mobile engineers, and frontend development experts from the Frontend Foundations team. Together, you will build secure, reliable, and high-performance payment solutions that delight our customers.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop robust, performant, secure, and engaging web applications for our desktop customers.
  • Solve technical challenges related to web application design, scalability, stability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to create seamless end-to-end user experiences.
  • Write comprehensive unit and automated test cases to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering best practices in software development and architecture.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Expertise and passion in front-end development with SPA Frameworks such as React or Flutter, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with Micro-frontend architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong collaborative mindset.
  • A passion for clean code, continuous improvement, and best practices in software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Single-SPA and Webpack.
  • Some backend experience with NestJS.
  • Some backend experience with Tailwinds CSS.
