What you'll be doing:

As a Frontend Engineer on the Appointment Fulfillment team at Grow Therapy, you’ll be leading product and technical improvements to improve the appointment management and success for our providers, which is a core part of our business. Your team's primary goals will include managing provider appointment scheduling, providing tips for providers on communicating with their clients, and strengthening the network between providers for optimized cross-provider patient care.

The salary range for this position is $168,000 - $220,000 USD.

Please note, Grow Therapy adjusts base salary based on geographic location, leveling, and experience, so your compensation could land anywhere within the posted range.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years in engineering. You’ve built and scaled frontend systems, made complex engineering decisions, led engineering projects end-to-end, and applied and improved best practices in a frontend code base.
  • Frontend development experience (preferably React). Our primary languages are React and TypeScript.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit. You have worked in a startup or on your own side projects and built products from the ground up.
  • Product thinker. You want to build through a user-centric lens and be involved not only in engineering decisions but product and design decisions as well.
  • Leader. You’ll do anything to achieve your goal. You know how to think on the fly and persist through setbacks and roadblocks, and to motivate your teammates to do the same.
  • Team Player. You are collaborative by nature, relish in camaraderie and group wins, and are looked to by colleagues as a steadfast partner and source of encouragement
  • Highly Motivated. You want ownership of your work.

  • Experience with GraphQL
