Job Summary:
As a Senior Global Business Process Owner with over 15+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and driving global process optimization across the supply planning, supply delivery, and optimization systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business leaders, and external partners, to define, implement, and scale best-in-class supply chain processes leveraging the appropriate platforms. You will provide subject matter expertise in the design and deployment of supply chain solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and a seamless, efficient supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Leadership:
- Own and drive the end-to-end global supply planning, and delivery management processes and systems for the organization.
- Lead process optimization efforts to enhance operational efficiency, cost reduction, and overall supply chain effectiveness.
- Work with senior leadership and business stakeholders to define strategic supply chain goals and ensure alignment with broader corporate objectives.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain planning, and delivery systems, with a focus on leveraging appropriate technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other advanced cloud solutions).
- Provide thought leadership and in-depth expertise on best practices, new technologies, and trends in supply chain planning, forecasting, inventory, asset management, and distribution.
- End-to-End Process Transformation
- Lead the transformation of the entire supply planning and delivery process, ensuring that it is optimized for speed, efficiency, and scalability, aligned with the needs of capacity deployment.
- Design and implement global supply chain processes across multiple regions, ensuring consistency and scalability across the enterprise.
- Analyze existing supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and lead improvement initiatives utilizing process reengineering or automation.
- Work with IT teams to implement and integrate supply chain management solutions, ensuring smooth functionality and user adoption.
- Identify and implement process improvements, focusing on reducing cycle times and increasing the agility to support rapid changes in technology requirements.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with supply chain business units, IT, and external vendors to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of supply chain planning and delivery systems.
- Lead cross-functional workshops and training sessions to build understanding of new tools, technologies, and processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders seeking advice on supply chain-related processes and systems.
- Systems Management:
- Oversee the integration of supply chain management solutions and provide strategic guidance on system architecture and configuration.
- Manage user acceptance testing for system upgrades and optimization to ensure the system meets business needs.
- Monitor and report on system performance and business outcomes, making data-driven decisions to further improve processes.
- Change Management & Continuous Improvement:
- Develop and execute change management strategies for process transformations and system implementations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively identifying areas for process innovation, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation.
- Drive performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of global supply chain initiatives.
- Global Collaboration:
- Collaborate with global teams to standardize processes while accommodating regional nuances and business needs.
- Manage global project teams across time zones and geographies to ensure successful deployment of initiatives.
- Risk & Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply chain processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and industry standards in supply chain management processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 15 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on supply planning, and delivery systems, within a cloud hyperscaler or tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale process transformations and system implementations in global organizations.
- Expertise in the implementation and management of supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Netsuite, Kinaxis, etc.).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of end to end supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, inventory and asset optimization, procurement, and distribution.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management systems and their integration with other enterprise software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, digital transformation, and data analytics in a supply chain context.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications Preferred:
- APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification is a plus.
- SAP or Oracle supply chain certifications are advantageous.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and global supply chain environment for hyperscalers
- Experience in managing change in large organizations, especially in implementing new technologies or processes.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or predictive analytics as they relate to supply chain optimization.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $190,000-$220,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
