Senior Graphic Designer (UI/UX Knowledge Required)

Harmony United is seeking a highly analytical and systems-driven Senior UI/UX Designer with 7–10 years of experience to create efficient, scalable, and user-friendly workflows across Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, dashboards, and marketing websites. This role focuses on functionality, usability, and system structure rather than visual styling.

The ideal candidate will have experience with complex healthcare systems such as EHR, EMR, CRM, or ERP platforms and can translate business requirements into intuitive, role-based workflows. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to define system operations before visual design or development begins.

• Define conversion-oriented user flows for internal systems and websites.
• Optimize navigation and page hierarchy for clarity and efficiency.
• Create low- to mid-fidelity wireframes for:
  • Homepage, service/condition pages
  • Intake forms (appointments, referrals, group therapy, etc.)
  • Referral pathways
  • Reducing friction between interest → action
• Develop sitemaps, page hierarchies, conversion flow diagrams, and mobile-first layouts.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, role-based functional workflows.
• Document functional specifications and provide clear annotations for engineering handoff.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure usability, scalability, and performance.
• Identify usability friction and optimize workflows before engineering development.

Required Expertise:

• Healthcare websites, SaaS, or regulated industries
• Conversion optimization

• SEO-informed UX

Note: This role focuses on system functionality, not brand design, visual polish, or typography.

• Design high-fidelity visuals for marketing websites, landing pages, and conversion-focused intake flows.
• Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Design digital ad units (display, social, retargeting) and offline collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations).
• Maintain and evolve the brand design system including color palette, typography, iconography, and imagery guidelines.
• Partner with Marketing, Development, and Leadership to ensure brand consistency and visual clarity.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7–9+ years in Visual/Brand Design
• Strong portfolio covering websites, digital ads, print/presentations, and brand systems
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Healthcare or SaaS experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 7–10 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture
• Understanding of conversion optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO-informed UX
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Portfolio demonstrating work on websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, print materials, and brand systems
