What success looks like in this role:

Great presentations build connection. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visuals that resonate, inspire action, and move our business forward. With exceptional PowerPoint design expertise and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, you'll be a go-to creative force for high-stakes presentations and marketing materials that make an impact.

We’re looking for a high-impact graphic designer to own the creative process from concept to delivery, tackle bottlenecks head-on, and elevate the work of your teammates through thoughtful peer reviews and collaborative problem-solving. If you thrive at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on design execution, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead presentation design by creating polished, high-impact PowerPoint decks—including layouts, data visualizations, infographics, icons, and scalable master templates that make everyone's work easier
  • Design compelling visual assets for marketing materials, digital campaigns, and internal communications that align with brand standards and business objectives
  • Drive creative excellence by providing constructive peer reviews and mentorship that strengthens the overall output of the creative team
  • Own concept development from initial brief through final execution, translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories
  • Solve creative challenges proactively, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Collaborate across functions with marketing, communications, sales enablement, and business teams to deliver work that meets strategic goals
  • Maintain brand integrity by championing consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
