The Growth Marketing Departmentis responsible for driving growth and optimizing digital marketing performance through data-driven strategies. The team focuses on branding, demand generation, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition across multiple digital channels. Key functions within the department include:

Job Summary 

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, is responsible for managing paid media and lead generation efforts to drive leads and enrollment growth for Enterprise Partners. This role will oversee campaign performance, testing, and optimization strategies to improve marketing efficiency and maximize ROI. 

 

This position requires a data-driven mindset, strong digital marketing acumen, and hands-on expertise with performance marketing, making it ideal for a growth-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

 

Description 

Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Oversee strategy execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing efforts

Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Oversee multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display (prospecting, retargeting, remarketing), social media, paid aggregators, and emerging channels. 

  • Monitor and optimize performance across the entire marketing and enrollment funnel, including engagement, front-end and back-end conversion metrics. 

  •  Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. 

Team & Partnership Leadership  

  •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external media partners 

Budget & Forecasting  

  • Support forecasting, trend analysis, working closely with manager and cross-functional leaders. 

  • Provide data-backed recommendations to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI. 

Additional Position Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree - Marketing, Business, related field 
  • Master’s degree - Marketing, Business, related field MBA, Master’s in related field (Preffered)
  • 5+ years’ experience Managing and implementing digital and multi-channel marketing plans 
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Meta (Facebook) Blueprint Certification 
  • Paid Media Strategy 
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization 
  • Marketing Analytics & Data 
  • A/B Testing & Performance Optimization 
  • Cross-functional Leadership 
  • Digital Marketing Platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, etc.) 
  • Communication & Presentation Skills 
  • Google GA4 
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
  • Project Management
