At TRACTIAN the GTM Engineering team is a global department that supports Tractian GTM teams across the US, Brazil, and Mexico. We are a foundational team that is building the systems and processes that support our GTM team and directly impact our customer experience.
 
What you'll do
 
As a Senior GTM Engineer - Hubspot at Tractian, you will own and optimize our CRM infrastructure, ensuring our sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate efficiently. You will be responsible for data integrity, automation workflows, reporting, and integrations to streamline processes and maximize GTM effectiveness. Your role will focus on building scalable and automated workflows, enhancing lead management strategies, and providing insights through HubSpot’s reporting tools. You will work cross-functionally to ensure that Tractian’s HubSpot infrastructure is aligned with business objectives and drives data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom reports to assess the performance of campaigns and activities.

  • Program custom integrations with HubSpot using its API to connect with external tools, CRMs, databases, and other software platforms

  • Design, build, and optimize custom workflows in HubSpot to automate sales and marketing processes (e.g., lead nurturing, deal tracking, email marketing campaigns)

  • Experience in developing A/B tests and identifying user patterns to optimize conversion rates throughout the contact lifecycle

  • Align strategies for a unified approach to customer acquisition and conversion.

  • Execute and monitor strategies, tracking conversion rates across funnel stages and assessing pipeline health.

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to acquire qualified leads.

  • Ensure data integrity.

  • Streamline and optimize operational workflows using HubSpot.

  • Execute and monitor established strategies, analyzing their effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities

  • Create comprehensive documentation for new operational processes, providing clear guidelines and instructions for team members to follow.

  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and communication, ensuring that operational processes and goals are aligned

  • Provide internal training on the efficient use of HubSpot.

Requirements

    • 4+ years of prior experience in Hubspot CRM management.

    • Technical knowledge of HubSpot’s API and experience programming custom integrations and workflows using it

    • Experience setting up and using webhooks to trigger external actions based on HubSpot events.

    • Familiarity with HubSpot's Workflow and CRM tools, including custom properties and data management

    • Effective communication skills to interact with different teams.

    • Ability to articulate marketing and sales strategies clearly and analyze relevant data and metrics.

    • Ability to create and execute efficient processes within the HubSpot tool, optimizing workflows.
