Senior Identity Access Management Engineer – Greensboro, NC

Duties:

  • Responsible for the implementation & management of the Saviynt solutions.
  • Perform assessment and IGA roadmap, help shape proposal for IGA deployments and assessments, help shape SOWs, SOPs for IGA related work, develop deliverable templates and act as subject matter expert
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to more junior level engineers; may provide feedback and direction on specific engineering tasks.
  • Responsible for the overall technical ownership of Kontoor’s Identity Management services, providing leadership in architecture, design, implementation and operations of IDM related services and processes.
  • Tackle challenging and unique situations daily and will interact with multiple stakeholders spanning all teams within the company.
  • Responsible for defining, driving, and owning the Identity and Access strategy across KTB’s SAP ecosystem.
  • Design and support the building of roles, authorizations, and data restrictions in line with the application IAM strategy.
  • Communicate with business, IT, and audit teams to ensure IAM designs, SAP application roles, approval flows and reporting are in line with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and functional teams as well as enterprise and solution architects to build consistent application business roles and IAM model.
  • Advise IT leaders, project teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners on SAP IAM best practices.
  • Be a thought leader throughout the design, development, testing, and implementation of appropriate IAM and security controls during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure the IAM architecture is integrated, optimized, and aligned with the company’s overall systems architecture.
  • Promote a centralized access management architecture within KTB as well as the automation of provisioning and governance for current and future integrated applications.
  • Manage the administration, governance, compliance, and maintenance of IAM systems and processes.
  • Develop innovative concepts and implement comprehensive IAM implementations.
  • Partner with other IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements for new tools, applications and systems that must be integrated into Kontoor’s suite of tools.
  • Lead complex enterprise-scale Identity Management projects and deliver high-quality solutions based on requirements.
  • Determine future needs by working directly with business stakeholders and other IT teams and plan for capacity upgrades and growth.
  • Investigate new IdM products and features to support company growth via organic growth and M&A.
  • Provide technical oversight and direction to mid-level and junior Engineers
  • Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections
  • Provide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept and implementation.
  • Manage IDM operations team both onshore/offshore.
  • Lead / Manage IDM, Privileged Access Management teams, including performance management, capacity planning, and developing and mentoring staff.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field followed by 5 years of hands-on experience designing, architecting and building IGA solutions involving Saviynt and other IGA solutions.  Experience must include:

  • 5 years of experience with most common connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, exchange, Mainframe, web service connector and authoritative source integration (such as SAP and Workday). 
  • 5 years of experience with Saviynt workflows including joiner, leaver, mover  
  • 5 years of experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)  
  • 4 years of experience in leading technical architecture and security design discussions with developers and infrastructure team  
  • 4 years of experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects, managing various stakeholder relationships  
  • 5 years of project delivery experience about estimates, planning and deliverables using project management methodologies  
  • 4 years of experience running a managed service or support function
  • 4 years of experience managing SLA’s, targets, response times, reporting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of:
    • Java/J2EE, Beanshell, XML and web services (REST/SOAP)  
    • the Saviynt database object model, rules and policies  
    • Cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends  
    • IAM/PAM tool, such as Saviynt/CyberArk

Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training and/or experience

Telework: Up to 100% remote; job may be performed in any U.S. location where Kontoor has legal ability to employ individuals

Travel: Up to 10% domestic travel to Kontoor locations                                             

Salary: $125,000 to $144,200/year
