Overview

We are looking for a Senior Influencer Manager to join our growing Influencer Marketing team. This role is ideal for an experienced influencer marketer who can seamlessly move between strategy, client leadership, creator relationships, and hands-on campaign execution.

The Senior Influencer Manager will own influencer programs from initial strategy and creator identification through contracting, content development, launch, optimization, and reporting. You’ll work across a range of creator tiers—from UGC and micro-creators to established influencers and talent—and partner closely with our Creative, Social, Media, and Account teams to build programs that drive both brand and business impact.

This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving role for someone who understands that modern influencer marketing is more than securing posts, it’s about finding the right creators, developing strong creative, building authentic brand partnerships, and understanding how creator content can work across the broader marketing ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Strategy & Campaign Development
  • Develop influencer strategies rooted in client objectives, audience insights, cultural trends, platform behavior, and performance data.
  • Translate client briefs and business goals into clear influencer approaches, creator strategies, campaign concepts, and activation plans.
  • Recommend the right mix of creator tiers, platforms, content formats, and partnership structures based on campaign objectives and budget.
  • Identify opportunities for influencer content to extend beyond organic creator posts into paid social, performance creative, brand channels, and broader campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of emerging platforms, creator trends, cultural moments, and shifts in the influencer landscape.
Creator Identification & Relationship Management
  • Lead creator discovery, vetting, outreach, and selection across UGC, micro, mid-tier, macro, and larger talent partnerships.
  • Evaluate creators beyond follower count, considering audience fit, engagement quality, creative capabilities, brand safety, historical performance, and paid-media potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, managers, agents, and talent partners.
  • Negotiate creator rates, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, timelines, and other campaign requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of high-performing and reliable creator partners.
Campaign & Content Management
  • Own influencer campaigns from kickoff through completion, ensuring programs stay on strategy, on budget, and on schedule.
  • Develop clear, creator-friendly briefs that balance brand requirements with the creator's authentic voice and content style.
  • Manage creator communications, content submissions, approvals, revisions, posting schedules, and final asset delivery.
  • Provide thoughtful creative feedback that improves content without over-engineering or diminishing creator authenticity.
  • Ensure content meets platform best practices, campaign requirements, brand standards, and applicable FTC disclosure guidelines.
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, or performance issues and develop solutions before they impact the client or campaign.
Client Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day influencer marketing partner for clients.
  • Lead influencer conversations in client meetings, campaign presentations, status calls, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Clearly communicate recommendations, campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Bring proactive ideas to clients rather than simply executing against requests.
  • Help clients understand the evolving creator landscape and how influencer marketing can support their broader brand and performance objectives.
Measurement & Optimization
  • Partner with Analytics, Media, and Strategy teams to establish campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize creators, content, messaging, platforms, and amplification strategies.
  • Translate campaign results into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify high-performing creators and content that can be scaled, repurposed, or amplified through paid media.
  • Contribute to campaign recaps, quarterly business reviews, case studies, and future strategic recommendations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Influencer Managers and Coordinators, helping elevate the quality and consistency of the team's work.
  • Review briefs, creator recommendations, campaign plans, and client-facing deliverables as needed.
  • Help establish and improve influencer processes, workflows, templates, and best practices as the team scales.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Organic Social, Performance Creative, Paid Media, Account Management, and Analytics teams to build integrated programs.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, proposals, scopes of work, and influencer program recommendations.
  • Help foster a culture that values curiosity, accountability, collaboration, and strong creative thinking.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For
  • 5–7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or a related discipline, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
  • Experience working across multiple creator tiers, including UGC creators and established influencers/talent.
  • Strong knowledge of creator contracting, usage rights, exclusivity, paid amplification, whitelisting/partnership ads, and FTC requirements.
  • Ability to evaluate creator content through both a brand and performance lens.
  • Strong client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently explain and defend strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills and comfort managing multiple clients, creators, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence navigating creator and talent relationships.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Genuine curiosity about internet culture, creators, social platforms, and how consumer behavior is evolving.
What Success Looks Like

A successful Senior Influencer Manager doesn't just manage campaigns—they make the work better.

They understand which creators are right for a brand and why. They can turn a business objective into a smart creator strategy, recognize strong content before the performance data comes in, and then use that data to make the next campaign stronger.

They are trusted by clients, respected by creators, and relied upon internally. They bring solutions instead of problems, develop the people around them, and help us continually evolve what great influencer marketing looks like.

Most importantly, they thrive in an environment where the playbook is constantly changing—and are excited to help write what comes next.
