POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial Influencer Relations Manager to join our dynamic social and content team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to drive impactful campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for creating innovative marketing strategies for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES: 

  • Influencer Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with client teams to develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with their campaign objectives.
  • Influencer Identification and Recruitment: Identify and recruit influencers who align with client campaigns and possess authentic connections with their target audience.
  • Campaign Execution and Management: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and partnership.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest influencer marketing trends, platforms, and technologies to drive innovation

What you will need:

  • 6+ years of proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer analytics tools such as Creator IQ. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and influencers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and is energized by creating culture-forward branded content.
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $125,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
