We are looking for a passionate Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, to join our NYC-based team, who wants to grow in the beauty and influencer space, is highly creative, detail-oriented, and has great time management and communication skills. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires self-motivation and autonomy while still working in a team.

Your life at MAËLYS will look like...

  • Build & execute full-funnel influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and cultural moments from ideation to execution and reporting.
  • Retain current influencer base, as well as identify, actively source & reach out to new influencers in line with the brand voice and overall business strategy for ongoing & upcoming campaigns + maintain relationships 
  • Strategically scale the TikTok Shop affiliate program and report on top drivers and overall performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the marketing team, product development, and creative teams to ensure alignment and integration of influencer initiatives with overall marketing efforts
  • Take the lead in ideating and executing influencer events, pop-ups, and digital/social activations for major brand moments. Event planning experience is required, including coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and working with vendors and talent.
  • Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.

You will thrive in this role if you are/have…

  • Proven track record of 5-8 years of successfully managing influencer campaigns from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.
  • A passion for the influencer marketing space at an agency or beauty/ wellness brand 
  • Proven ability to lead internal & external communications with clarity, confidence, and a relationship-first mindset, especially when working with creators 
  • Both a creative thinker and an operational doer, just as excited to pitch a new collab as you are to manage the backend
  • Up-to-date with the fast-paced influencer space and constantly evolving industry trends
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Results-driven, solution-oriented, flexible, self-driving, and must have the ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • New York City based and able to work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Salary range for the position is 130,000-150,000$ annually

Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
