About Lovevery

Lovevery is a fast-growing digitally native brand co-founded by successful serial entrepreneurs and based in Boise, Idaho. Our customers are parents, and our mission is to help them feel confident they are giving their children meaningful development experiences in the critical early years of life.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us build brand awareness and drive growth & revenue through influencer partnerships. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, nurturing and scaling relationships with prominent influencers that are authentic to the brand across all social channels ie. Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook and others. You’ll own the process from top to bottom including communicating with influencers, curating orders, tracking social posts and analysing and reporting out results.

For this reason, we are looking for someone who possesses a combination of skills – you understand what new parents want and you understand their social media universe; but also extremely organized, results-driven, analytical and hungry to have a direct impact on our growth and stream of revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Source and Vet Influencers: Conduct research to identify, vet, and prioritise influencers aligned with our brand values and the parenting space.
  • Outreach and Communication: Manage all influencer communications—from initial outreach to long-term relationship building, ensuring a personal and welcoming touch.
  • Community Engagement: Stay updated on celebrity and influencer life events (e.g., pregnancies, births, milestones) to connect with them authentically and welcome them to the Lovevery community.
  • Database Management: Maintain an organised internal database of influencer relationships and provide regular updates.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Develop and manage influencer affiliate programs, with experience using tools such as Grin.
  • Content Negotiations: Secure creators for organic and paid social channels, negotiating deals for content creation and whitelisting.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor influencer activity, track key KPIs, and source/tag UGC for use across Lovevery’s platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Create and present analytical reports on social media activity, influencer performance, and ROI.

Attributes required for success in the role

  • Goal-Oriented: Thrives on hitting performance goals and driving incremental revenue for the brand. Equally effective working independently or cross-functionally to drive program goals.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to evaluate opportunities and make decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Forward-Thinking: Manages high volumes of influencer activity with a process-driven mindset, building scalable workflows that grow with the program.
  • Brand-Savvy: Deep understanding of the Lovevery brand and the parenting space, including trends, celebrities, and life milestones relevant to new parents.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional communicator who builds effective relationships with influencers and collaborates seamlessly across internal teams.

About You

  • Must have experience working with UK-based influencers with an established network of contacts in this market.  European and Australian markets are a plus.
  • 3–4 years in marketing for a childhood, lifestyle, or fashion brand is a must.
  • Proven experience with influencer affiliate programs and tools similar to Grin.
  • Natural proficiency in social media with an intuitive sense for trends, celebrities, and influencers.
  • Knowledge of paid social tactics such as boosting and whitelisting content.
  • Background in influencer seeding programs.
  • Passion for parenthood and early childhood development; deep empathy for parents and understanding of the parenting community on social media.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Customer-facing experience and strong relationship management abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of social analytics, listening tools, and marketing platforms.
  • Creative and resourceful “hustler” mentality; able to connect authentically through DMs and other channels.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Native-level proficiency in British English or fluency in British English is preferred.

The Benefits/Perks You’ll Enjoy

  • Competitive salary, benefits, and stock option package
  • 20 paid holidays
  • Generous parental leave for new parents
  • Free/discounted Lovevery products

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
