*** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote role, this is a hybrid environment requiring at least 3 days a week in office.
This position is an individual contributor Sr. Program Manager role on the Integrated Brand Management organization
responsible for working on a diverse range of medium to large size projects and programs. Programs may be marketing
operational initiatives, or marketing communications creative development in nature. This position will manage work
utilizing standard program management methodologies, processes/procedures, assisting in the execution of Brand
Strategies supporting a variety of internal businesses.
Proven skills and practical knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution,
continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Candidates should possess a capability to operate
both strategically and tactically, with a passion and curiosity to drive action and add value in everything that they touch.
Ability to orchestrate, inspire and drive integrated marketing programs with cross-functional partners: business
stakeholders, strategy owners, creative partners, media, operations, legal and more. Experience managing highly complex
projects with team members spread across different locations required. Proven ability to influence without authority,
leveraging excellent communication and organization skills. Communicate clearly and have the ability to deliver complex
messages to peers and director+ audiences. Ability to identify potential issues and dependencies early.
The right candidate possesses a skill set anchored in relationship management, attention to detail, team and cross-
functional collaboration – they will be required to juggle competing priorities and often navigate ambiguous situations in
which all details are not readily available.
Experience with internal, executive, and external communications, workflow management, and creative asset
management systems (such as Workfront, SharePoint, etc.) are all a plus. Familiarity with AI tool incorporation into daily
tasks desired. Profiency in Microsoft Suite required.

Job Responsibilities:

Develops program plans and schedules and enables cross-functional collaboration among appropriate partner teams. Leads the process, meetings and reviews to develop strategy, integrated marketing plans and creative.

Develops and implements process controls ensuring partner adoption and adherence to marketing process.

Works to identify and address cross-project dependences and opportunities.

Brings changes and suggestions from each program and sub-program to help improve and develop best practices. Helps identify opportunities to add value, alleviate partner pain points and improve the team’s overall suite of services.

Catalogs and maintains all project documentation and deliverables.

Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-7 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area.
  • 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience.

    Base Pay Range: $83,500 - $150,700

    Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
