- Design, develop, and maintain robust internal software tools and applications that empower the Developer GTM team.
- Lead the development of advanced pipeline visualization dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into GTM performance.
- Build intelligent sales enablement tools that leverage data to identify optimal customer touchpoints and recommend timely engagements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Developer Relations, and Growth Programs to understand their operational challenges and translate them into technical requirements and innovative software solutions.
- Integrate various data sources (e.g., CRM, billing systems, product usage data) to create a unified view for GTM teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of internal workflows and operational efficiency through automation and custom software development.
- Own the full software development lifecycle for your projects, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to other team members, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
Examples of Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building internal tools, enterprise applications, or data-driven platforms.
- Proven expertise in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and relevant frameworks.
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce development, API integrations) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is a significant plus.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and architect scalable, maintainable software solutions.
- Strong sense of ownership; someone who takes initiative, works independently, and manages time and project priorities effectively.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, bridging the gap between technical and business teams.
- Highly customer-centric, with a natural curiosity about how software can solve GTM challenges and a strategic mindset for optimizing operational processes.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adjusting priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Background in SaaS or Product-Led Growth (PLG) and understanding of their associated GTM motions is a strong plus.
