We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing organization. While we are not a startup, we are in an active growth phase, and this role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will work closely with IT leadership to manage and scale a complex hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises data centers and cloud environments. You will play a critical role in maintaining stability while also driving improvements, standardization, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
- Administer Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco switches and routers, VMware and Hyper-V environments
- Design and troubleshoot network configurations including site-to-site VPNs and routing
- Oversee Microsoft 365 administration including licensing and user management
- Manage remote tools such as Datto RMM, TeamViewer, GoToAssist
- Support conference room systems (Logitech)
- Administer NAS/storage systems for hypervisors
- Work across Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian)
- Assist with SQL systems (preferred)
- Support Azure/cloud infrastructure (plus)
- Create documentation, SOPs, and diagrams
- Support users across multiple locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Management Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, including server administration, enterprise networking, and end-user support; prior experience in a senior or lead capacity is strongly preferred.
