What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):  

  • Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-value retail customers.  

  • Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.  

  • Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.  

  • Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals. 

  • Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees. 

  • Acts as a coach and mentor to the field sales consultants to ensure high-quality representation of the TSI brand.  

  • Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met and that TSI’s customer-specific programs, guidelines, and policies are communicated and followed.  

  • Regularly evaluate customers’ sales performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.  

  • Keeps management updated about the customers’ strategic plans and goal progression.  

  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Salary Range: $95,000-135,000

 

What You’ll Need (Qualifications): 

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred 

  • At least 6 years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of creating, maintaining, and growing outstanding client relationships.
