Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform block‑level and top‑level layout for HBM components
  • Support advanced technology nodes and HBM‑specific design rules
  • Implement layouts for 2.5D/3D integration, including:
    • TSVs and micro bump arrays
    • Keep out zones and alignment constraints
    • Interposer and die to die interface considerations
  • Run and debug DRC, LVS, ERC, and density checks to achieve clean signoff.
  • Support and interpret PEX, EM/IR, and reliability analyses; implement layout fixes as required.
  • Ensure compliance with foundry design rules, reliability guidelines, and process constraints.
  • Work closely with analog/mixed‑signal designers to refine floorplans and resolve performance/layout tradeoffs.
  • Partner with PD, packaging, and SI teams on top‑level integration, pin assignment, and power distribution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience in custom analog/mixed‑signal IC layout.
  • Understanding of Noise coupling, substrate effects, and power integrity
  • Proven experience with advanced process nodes (e.g., FinFET, deep‑submicron CMOS) is a plus.
  • Ability to independently own blocks from floorplan through tape‑out.
