  • Partner with IT, HR, and business teams to align AI literacy efforts with enterprise initiatives and priorities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and coordination across AI-related learning programs

  • Support change management and adoption efforts, helping employees understand and apply AI tools effectively in their roles

  • Measure and report on program effectiveness, including adoption metrics, learning outcomes, and overall impact

  • Serve as a translator between technical and business audiences, making AI concepts clear, practical, and actionable

  • Stay current on AI trends, tools, and regulatory developments to continuously refine and improve the program

ABOUT YOU:

  • Your values:
    • Integrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.
    • Purposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.
    • Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing and implementing AI literacy, AI fluency, or digital enablement programs within enterprise organizations

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic direction and hands-on execution in learning and development initiatives

  • Experience creating learning content across multiple formats, including eLearning, instructor-led training, and self-service materials

  • Strong experience developing executive-facing communications, including presentations, strategy documents, and stakeholder updates

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new organizational environments, cultures, and ways of working

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
