Support a boutique personal-branding and creative agency by creating high-quality LinkedIn content, newsletters, and thought leadership materials for accomplished executives, founders, and consultants. The ideal writer will combine strong social media strategy skills with exceptional ghostwriting abilities and client-facing confidence.

Profile Overview

Our client is seeking a highly experienced social media writer and ghostwriter to join a small but growing agency focused on personal brand development and activation for accomplished professionals. Most client work centers on LinkedIn thought leadership, with occasional projects for Instagram and other emerging platforms.

This role requires a writer who can confidently engage with senior executives, lead content ideation conversations, and translate expertise into engaging social content that drives audience engagement and business outcomes.

Scope
  • Full-time engagement
  • Immediate opening
  • Approximately 32 hours per week dedicated to client work
  • Remaining time allocated to meetings, planning, editorial oversight, and administrative responsibilities
  • Long-term opportunity within a small, fast-paced agency environment
Responsibilities
  • Ghostwrite LinkedIn content for executives, founders, consultants, and industry leaders
  • Produce LinkedIn posts and thought leadership content across multiple industries
  • Draft and edit newsletters
  • Participate in and lead client ideation calls
  • Translate executive expertise into compelling social-first content
  • Maintain consistent brand voice for multiple clients
  • Collaborate with agency leadership and existing writing team
  • Manage deadlines and content calendars across numerous accounts
  • Provide strategic recommendations for content performance and audience engagement
Skills and QualificationsRequired
  • Exceptional LinkedIn writing and social media content creation experience
  • Proven ghostwriting experience for executives, founders, or thought leaders
  • Native-level English fluency
  • Strong interviewing and client communication skills
  • Ability to confidently interact with senior-level professionals
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and clients simultaneously
  • Adaptability across diverse industries and subject matter areas
  • Strong editorial judgment and storytelling abilities
