linkAbout the Role

The Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing is a senior individual contributor role that owns consumer subscription growth for One Pass Select. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role owns the full consumer conversion journey, from eligible member to enrolled subscriber to retained subscriber.

This is a builder’s role. You will stand up the conversion engine for a business with millions of eligible members: the paid media strategy, the offer and promotion calendar, the funnel analytics and the test-and-learn roadmap that tells us what’s working and what to fund next. You’ll partner with Product Marketing on the brand and value story, and work with Marketing Operations to bring campaigns to market quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own consumer paid media strategy and budget across acquisition, retention and promotion, including the channel mix and performance accountability

  • Own promotional strategy including the annual promotion calendar, measurement of offer effectiveness and mechanics of new promotion setup.

  • Own acquisition, retention and consumer engagement strategy across paid, lifecycle and owned channels

  • Own conversion analytics and reporting, including blended CPA, channel efficiency, funnel conversion rates and subscriber retention

  • Build and run a structured test-and-learn roadmap, translating results into media, offer and creative decisions

  • Own the reseller and channel-partner path to a One Pass subscription, partnering with business development on co-marketing and conversion

  • Direct performance creative development against the brand standard set by Product Marketing, ensuring consistency across the consumer experience

  • Partner with Marketing Operations on campaign execution, martech, lifecycle journeys and measurement infrastructure

  • Partner with Product, Digital and Customer Experience teams to prioritize website and digital experience enhancements based on customer behavior, business needs, and performance insights.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of consumer marketing experience in direct-to-consumer, retail, e-commerce or subscription businesses

  • Demonstrated ownership of a conversion or revenue target, with quantifiable results driving consumers to purchase — not just engage or click

  • Hands-on fluency in paid media, including paid social and paid search, with the ability to set strategy and direct an agency to it

  • Experience designing and executing promotion and offer strategy, including pricing-offer mechanics

  • Strong analytical capability with command of CPA, ROAS, LTV, funnel conversion and retention metrics, and the ability to translate data into action

  • Proven experience building programs from the ground up in a fast-moving environment

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Reseller, retail partner or channel marketing experience

  • Subscription lifecycle and retention marketing experience

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms

  • Experience in health, wellness, fitness or consumer benefits categories

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
