The Content Strategist for the Talent Acquisition Brand and Marketing team will play a key role in developing and executing integrated content strategies that enhance BMS's employer brand and attract top talent. This individual will work collaboratively across teams to understand recruitment goals and create compelling content that speaks to prospective candidates and showcases BMS as an employer of choice.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with talent acquisition goals and brand messaging.

  • Create, edit, and oversee the production of content for various channels including social media, career pages, blogs, videos, and email campaigns.

  • Collaborate with recruitment marketing team to conceive innovative campaigns that engage and attract potential candidates.

  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform content creation and identify trends in talent attraction.

  • Ensure all content maintains consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual style across all platforms.

  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  • Work cross-functionally with Corporate Affairs, Communications, People Organization, and business teams to deliver cohesive content strategies.

  • Stay informed on best practices in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and content strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field is required.

  • Minimum of five (5) plus years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or related roles is required.

  • Experience in employer branding or talent acquisition marketing. Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with marketing goals and talent acquisition objectives.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to evaluate content performance and make strategic decisions based on data.

  • Flexible and able to adjust content strategies based on changing business needs or market trends.

  • Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, AI tools for content development, and digital marketing tools.

  • Ability to conduct research and use insights to inform content planning and strategy.

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

The starting compensation for this job is a range in from $123,850.00 - $150,100.00, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
