We partner with schools and districts to improve academic outcomes for students who need it most. Now, we’re expanding our impact through direct-to-family channels via state-funded Education Savings Account (ESA) programs.
The Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Manager to lead our D2C business initiative. This is a fractional role to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and traction.
You’ll act as the product and growth lead for this new strategic line of business-- driving us from 0 to 1 in the ESA space. This includes tracking ESA opportunities, securing required approvals, listing us on state marketplaces, and launching direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns to drive enrollment and revenue. You’ll also ensure a trusted, high-touch sign-up experience that reflects our commitment to quality and white-glove service.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the ESA business line from strategy through execution
- Track and analyze ESA program developments across states
- Lead applications, registrations, and marketplace listings
- Design and run marketing campaigns -- especially direct-to-parent -- to drive sign-ups and conversions
- Develop user journeys and onboarding flows that reflect our school-facing white-glove approach
- Serve as a guide and concierge for families: understand student needs and match them with the right TbT supports
- Build feedback loops to continuously improve the customer experience
- Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver seamless execution
- Source and leverage demand generation and analytics tools to enable your work
- Report on KPIs and suggest pivots and investments as needed
Who You Are
- A product-minded operator with strong growth instincts
- Experience in edtech, consumer marketing, or D2C sales strongly preferred
- Deep empathy for parents and educators
- Able to roll up your sleeves, test ideas quickly, and learn from results
- Strong communicator and project manager; able to rally cross-functional teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with ESA programs, state education policy, or tutoring businesses
