YOUR IMPACT

As Paid Media Manager, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing Redwood's global paid media programs across a multi-brand product portfolio. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive pipeline growth through data-driven campaign execution and continuous optimization.

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns that drive lead volume, lead quality, pipeline, and cost efficiency across the full funnel—from click to closed-won.
  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, programmatic, and third-party channels to maximize performance and conversion rates.
  • Help manage a multi-million-dollar annual paid media budget by monitoring spend, optimizing channel allocation, and supporting forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including paid newsletters, content syndication partners, review platforms, and lead generation programs, ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices across landing pages, ad creative, and lead capture experiences.
  • Partner with ABM, customer, content, product marketing, and sales teams to amplify marketing initiatives through paid channels and ensure alignment with broader demand generation strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable recommendations to improve pipeline contribution, ROAS, CPL, cost per opportunity, and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Stay current on emerging paid media trends, platform capabilities, and AI-driven search developments to identify new opportunities for growth.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of hands-on B2B paid media experience with a track record of driving demand generation and pipeline, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with 6sense, programmatic advertising, Reddit, Meta, review platforms such as G2, content syndication networks, and third-party lead generation programs is a plus.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing channel performance based on business objectives and data insights.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo for campaign attribution and reporting; experience with landing page optimization or personalization tools such as Instapage or VWO is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of generative engine optimization (GEO) and how AI-driven search is influencing paid media strategy.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and external partners.

If you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
