About the RoleGap Inc. is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking leader to join our Total Rewards team as the Senior Manager, Financial Benefits & Lifestyle Well-Being Programs. In this role, you’ll shape and evolve programs that support employees’ financial security and overall well-being across our global workforce.
You’ll lead a diverse portfolio of benefits—including Retirement, Financial Well-Being, Life Insurance, Disability, and Part-Time & Lifestyle programs—ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with evolving business and talent priorities. With a focus on both strategy and execution, you’ll drive consistency, scalability, and a seamless employee experience across markets.
Reporting to the Head of Global Benefits, Well-being, & Mobility, you will serve as a strategic partner across Total Rewards and the broader organization, translating priorities into impactful, sustainable programs. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening the operational foundation of benefits, leading financial management, governance, and vendor partnerships to ensure excellence, accountability, and meaningful impact for employees.What You'll Do

- Drive the strategy, governance, and end-to-end delivery of global financial and lifestyle well-being programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities, scalability, and regulatory requirements across markets
- Oversee a comprehensive portfolio including Retirement, Financial Well-Being, Life Insurance, Disability, and Lifestyle benefits, advancing programs based on workforce needs, market trends, and business objectives
- Champion an inclusive, employee-centered experience by leveraging insights, engagement strategies, and data to enhance accessibility, understanding, and impact across a diverse workforce
- Serve as a strategic partner across Total Rewards and the enterprise, collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Technology to ensure disciplined execution and strong governance
- Build and develop a high-performing team, setting a high bar for excellence while fostering collaboration and deep expertise across the broader Total Rewards function
- Lead Benefits Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, and vendor payments, ensuring strong controls and operational rigor across all well-being program areas
- Direct vendor strategy and governance end-to-end, including sourcing, contracting, performance management, and optimization to drive value and service excellence
- Ensure strong program oversight and governance, including leadership of retirement plans and investment committee processes, and accountability for program performance, risk management, and continuous improvement
- Deep expertise in Total Rewards with a strong emphasis on global benefits strategy, design, and delivery across multiple markets
- Proven experience leading complex benefits portfolios, including retirement, financial well-being, and risk programs, with accountability for both strategy and operations
- Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience overseeing budgets, governance, and compliance within a complex, matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize global vendor partnerships, including sourcing, contracting, and performance management
- Effective, influential communicator with the ability to engage diverse audiences—from senior leaders to large employee populations—translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Experience delivering education and engagement at scale, including leading webinars and developing content that drives understanding and participation
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams, while fostering collaboration across cross-functional partners
- Brings a continuous improvement mindset, using data and insights to inform decisions and enhance program effectiveness and employee experience
