Role Overview
Colla Health is seeking a Sr. Manager of Growth and Partner Operations to own, improve, and innovate on how we partner with cancer centers to drive patient growth. This person will report to the Co-Founder and COO and serve as a core member of the leadership of our fast-growing, mission-driven, innovative business, and will have the unique opportunity to impact the long-term strategy and culture of the organization as an early team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Implementation and Success
- Build trust, credibility, and relationships with key practice partner stakeholders
- Design and implement workflows that set up each partnership for success and that drives referrals and enrollment into Colla Health services
- Establish and manage a cadence of partner success touchpoints with practice partners to drive continuous improvement, learning, and growth of each partnership
- Codify and systematize implementation and partner success plans to dozens of practices and hundreds of oncologists over the next two years
- Coordinate with key Colla Health stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations, to ensure alignment and awareness of practice operations
- Be the expert in partner pain points, priorities, and needs to inform expansion of Colla Health products and services
- Outreach and Enrollment
- Lead and manage our outreach and enrollment team to drive performance and engagement of a team of empathetic, metric-driven outreach specialists
- Define key outreach KPIs and manage the team to drive continuous improvement against KPIs
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations to increase the size of the leads funnel, conversion of leads, and efficiency of our outreach and enrollment operation
- Own insurance eligibility and navigation information by practice to provide clarity for onboarding patients
- Strategic Projects
- Partner with the co-founders on key strategic projects to identify, design, and implement growth opportunities with practice partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management / partner success across healthcare operations
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships with practice administrators and medical personnel
- Effective manager of people that drives performance and engagement
- Scrappy, curious and action-oriented
- Data-driven, organized and focused on daily, continuous improvement
- Expertise in oncology, mental health and/or outreach & engagement preferred
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary $110,000 - $150,000 per year based on experience
