About The Role: 

As a Senior Manager of Implementation, you will play a lead role in managing a team of Implementation Consultants (IC), who are responsible for highly impactful implementations for some of our most strategic, highest value customers. You will be interacting with, both, internal and external stakeholders on a frequent basis and overseeing the ownership of the projects from the development of the project plan through delivery. The ideal candidate would create and manage a team of ICs, communicate project status and timelines with internal and external stakeholders, and determine project profitability. You will be an expert on the Motive products and will have the ability to guide Motive’s largest customers on the best utilization of our system and a smooth initial setup.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Define and maintain the implementation standards for your team
  • Define, track and achieve key performance indicators for the implementation program
  • Owning the implementation process for assigned accounts which include: successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients
  • Operating as the primary point of contact for oversight and reporting during the assigned clients implementation phase for all hardware and software implementations
  • Ensure the timely and successful completion of new client implementation for all accounts assigned to your team
  • Monitoring client progress and activities to ensure adoption of all parts of the organization while staying within scope and on schedule
  • Ensure your team of ICs are following the implementation playbook, project management best practices, and meeting the expectations of of the Motive core values
  • Traveling to customer on-sites as needed (~25%)
 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 4+ years of experience as a Senior Manager or Director 
  • 8+ years of experience leading people/teams in any capacity/industry
  • Strong business background including project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation skills
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • PMP, Scrum Master, and/or similar certification preferred
Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. Motive uses three geographic zones to determine pay range. For this role, the compensation ranges are:
San Francisco, California
$161,000$200,000 USD
U.S. metropolitan areas: Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City Area, Seattle, Washington D.C.
$154,000$193,000 USD
Other locations in the United States
$140,000$175,000 USD
