As a Senior Manager of Global Procurement Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) and Subcontract team, you will be responsible for establishing the category strategy and supplier relationships for assigned categories. You will lead global category supplier managers and work on a dynamic portfolio of categories and sub-categories including various OSM and Subcontract category such as Off-Site-Manufacturing, Modularized system and v arious Subcontract packages. This team will play a key role to support Micron's global expansion projects and existing FABs for both greenfield and brownfield projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement global category strategies for OSM, modularized systems, and subcontract packages supporting Micron's global FAB expansion.
  • Lead and develop global indirect procurement and category supplier management teams.
  • Drive cost optimization, supply assurance, quality, and risk management through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships.
  • Establish, track, and report category savings, performance metrics, and compliance to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional customers, EPC partners, and suppliers across regions.
  • Oversee supplier segmentation, contract compliance, and issue resolution.
  • Support and influence global procurement initiatives, innovation, and transformation programs.
  • Represent Micron in industry forums and maintain executive-level supplier relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 10+ years of experience in the construction procurement industry.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor FAB operations, EPC construction, and module fabrication.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to engage senior leaders and deliver executive-level presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a people manager or leading global, cross-regional teams.
  • Semiconductor construction engineering background or semiconductor EPC procurement background.
  • PMP and CPSM certification or equivalent.
  • Strong semiconductor market intelligence and industry insight.
