Our Sr. Manager, Partner Strategy will play a critical part in shaping and executing Tableau’s Partner Strategy across AMER and LATAM. It will report to the VP of Partner Strategy within the Tableau Center of Excellence (COE).

Impact:

  • The position is inherently strategic and cross-functional, combining senior stakeholder engagement with direct ownership of key partner relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Alliances & Channels organization to leverage its scale and operating model to accelerate partner sales and delivery readiness for Tableau.
  • Directly manage a targeted set of strategic partners to ensure sustained investment, capability development, and long-term commitment to Tableau.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in close partnership with the Tableau COE, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales leadership to drive cohesive, enterprise-level engagement with the partner ecosystem.
  • Optimizing the use of the wider Salesforce team, partner programs, incentives, and enablement frameworks to maximise partner effectiveness in the market and deliver measurable, mutual growth for both Salesforce and its partners.

Requirements:

  • 5 of experience in Alliances and Channels, with a strong understanding of the Data, Analytics, and AI landscape, and preferably Front Office business applications.
  • Possess sufficient technical depth in data and analytics to engage credibly in solution-level discussions and influence both technical and business stakeholders.

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions. The typical base salary range for this position is $143,400 - $216,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $172,200 - $236,700 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
