Job Description

Privia’s Platform Operations team is a team composed of subject matter experts on our proprietary products, technology onboarding and integrations, clinical data conversion and interfaces. They manage the projects, intake feedback, support, prioritization, processes, metrics and communication across their respective areas. This team is a highly adaptable and results driven team. We get the right people together to organize solution oriented discussions. We aim to have the voice of the customer influence processes and products through collaboration and consistent evaluation to ensure our efforts are meeting the needs of the business and end user. This role, Senior Manager, Platform Integrations, would manage key players on the team and work more closely with the technology onboarding, integrations, clinical data conversion and interface build areas. 

This role requires excellent communication skills with various audiences such as providers, their staff, practice leaders, and senior Privia leaders. The ideal candidate is able to present complex technical content to all audiences to help them arrive at informed decisions as well as help coach other team members to communicate in this manner more effectively. They’re a determined project manager who pushes our partners to complete tasks on time with high quality. They also possess technical aptitude, the ability to dig into details where needed, and are not afraid to learn new things. They are a problem solver, thoughtful doer, and relentless pursuer.  This person would be an individual contributor that would partner with people managers and other individual contributors to help refine and polish processes, coach others on best practices and help hold the team accountable to these best practices.

 

Primary Job Duties:

  • Set and manage expectations for practices and Privia leaders

  • Project manage new and complex solutions for Privia practices

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and create processes and coach others on how to do this successfully

  • Work with multiple teams during large group onboarding and pre-sale activities

  • Able to coach others on new processes and hold others accountable

  • Explain the Privia IT ecosystem to new practices

  • Manage hardware assessments with Privia teams and coordinate surveys, quoting, and installations.

  • Manage data interface scoping, development, and testing with third parties

  • Manage legacy data conversion projects including support of testing activities

  • Accurately report projects and escalate risks to project timelines as needed

  • Lead process improvement and optimization related to platform operations

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience managing increasingly complex projects involving multiple teams or parties

  • 2+ years of demonstrated informal/cross-functional leadership (influence task completion outside of direct span of control)

  • 2+ years of experience in IT as well as customer service

  • Experience in analyzing, defining and documenting business processes and rules

  • Healthcare domain experience

  • Knack for problem solving and meeting customer needs

  • Experience in navigating an EHR in order to understand technical problems and solutions - athena experience a plus

  • Understanding of healthcare interfacing concepts and HL7 knowledge preferred

  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations and all other State and Federal rules, regulations and statutes, as well as with community and industry standards relating to privacy and confidentiality

Interpersonal Skills & Attributes:

  • Consulting skills and customer-oriented attitude, proven track record in establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and vendors

  • Intense intellectual curiosity and an ability to view problems with a fresh perspective

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Patience and persistence to sift through complex data to get to the core knowledge and understanding of project success.

The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
