As Teamcenter evolves into the authoritative system of record for product definition, engineering change, release governance and lifecycle traceability, successful transformation depends not only on technology delivery, but also on effective programme management, business readiness, adoption and capability development.

The Senior Manager, PLM Programme & Change is responsible for leading the planning, coordination and business adoption activities that enable successful delivery of Dyson's PLM transformation roadmap. Working closely with the PLM Business Product Owner, Engineering Process Owners, RDD IT, implementation partners and business stakeholders, the role ensures PLM programmes are effectively coordinated, organisational impacts are managed, users are prepared for change, and new capabilities deliver measurable business value.

About the role

Programme Leadership, Governance & Delivery

  • Lead planning, coordination and execution of PLM transformation initiatives and capability deployments.

  • Maintain integrated programme plans, milestones, governance, risks and dependencies.

  • Coordinate delivery activities across Engineering, DDIO, RDD IT, implementation partners and business stakeholders.

  • Support governance forums through status reporting, decision support and programme communications.

  • Establish repeatable programme and governance frameworks supporting future capability deployments.

Change Management, Communications & Business Readiness

  • Define and execute change management and communication strategies supporting successful adoption of PLM capabilities.

  • Assess organisational impacts and readiness requirements associated with transformation initiatives.

  • Create clear and consistent communications that support stakeholder engagement, awareness and alignment.

  • Develop readiness plans and mitigation strategies that prepare teams for upcoming changes.

  • Drive continuous improvement of Dyson's change management and adoption practices.

Training, Learning & Capability Development

  • Lead development and execution of training strategies supporting PLM transformation.

  • Lead the Technical Training capability and associated learning roadmaps.

  • Ensure training materials, learning pathways and support resources meet organisational needs.

  • Monitor training effectiveness and organisational capability development.

Adoption & Benefits Realisation

  • Define adoption measures, success criteria, benefits realisation metrics and value outcomes.

  • Monitor and report on user adoption, capability maturity and business outcomes.

  • Identify barriers to adoption and coordinate improvement activities.

  • Ensure PLM capabilities are embedded effectively into Product Development operations.

About you

Professional experience

  • Significant experience managing business transformation, change management or programme delivery initiatives within a complex organisation.

  • Experience leading organisational change, business readiness and adoption activities.

  • Experience delivering PLM, ERP or other enterprise transformation programmes.

  • Experience developing communications, training and stakeholder engagement strategies.

  • Experience coordinating stakeholders and managing programme governance across business and technology functions.

  • Experience operating within engineering, product development or technology-enabled environments.
