Sr. Manager Product Management – Growth Omni  

 

Want to lead the charge in transforming how millions shop Nordstrom—online, in-store, and lead our next chapter of growth? We’re seeking a high-impact Senior Manager of Product Management to drive our Growth and Omni-Channel team. In this role, you’ll shape the omni-channel experience across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, ensuring seamless integration between digital and physical touchpoints to delight customers and support all stores. You’ll spearhead initiatives to boost site traffic through SEO and AI powered browse optimization, while scaling and optimizing content targeting to deliver personalized, standout experiences that fuel customer engagement.

 

As a key leader, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Merchandizing, Engineering, Retail, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to define and execute a bold product vision. This is your shot to own Nordstrom’s growth strategy and leave a mark on the future of retail. 

 

A day in the life… 

 

Advanced Capability with the following competencies :  

  • Omni-Channel Experience Growth: Define and execute the product strategy to enhance the omni-channel experience for Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, integrating online platforms, mobile apps, and in-store capabilities optimize customer journeys and drive sales across all stores.  

  • Traffic Growth (SEO & Browse): Lead efforts to increase customer acquisition by optimizing SEO strategies and browse experiences, using data analytics to predict trends, refine search algorithms, and enhance discoverability and conversion on Nordstrom’s digital properties.  

  • Content Targeting Improvement: Develop and implement advanced content targeting strategies, harnessing AI to deliver hyper-personalized, relevant experiences based on customer behavior, segmentation, and predictive modeling.  

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and retail operations teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact, ensuring alignment with Nordstrom’s broader business goals.  

  • Vision & Roadmap: Set the north star for the Growth and Omni team, building a multi-year product roadmap that incorporates innovations to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and cutting-edge opportunities.  

  • UX and Customer centricity: Collaborate effectively with design and user research teams to define user needs and deliver on intuitive and experiences and translate user research findings into actionable product requirements. Deliver on user-centered design and iterate on solutions 

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs using data to uncover insights, measure success, and iterate on strategies in real time.  

  • Team Development: Mentor and guide a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer centricity.  

  • Retail knowledge: Monitors & identifies customer needs staying current on industry and technology standards/trends and respond by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps. 

 

You own this if you have… 

 

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with 3+ years of management experience, specifically in product management with technology or ecommerce company preferred 

  • Ability to inspire others, including demonstrated experience managing and leading strong teams 

  • Ability to define, measure and analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities 

  • Technical background and understanding of software development principles and a/b testing 

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment 

  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills 

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or related experience required.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

Washington: $162,000 - $297,000 AnnuallyThis position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
