About the Job

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement across Multiplier's global employment platform. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to launch products, accelerate growth, strengthen our competitive position, and help customers understand the value of hiring and managing talent globally.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B SaaS.

  • Strong experience in product launches, positioning, messaging, and GTM execution.

  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

  • Experience building sales enablement and competitive intelligence programs.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience translating insights into action.

  • HRTech, FinTech, Payroll, or Workforce Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Own positioning, messaging, and product narratives.

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and initiatives.

  • Create sales enablement content including battlecards, pitch decks, and training materials.

  • Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategy.

  • Partner with Product teams to bring customer insights into roadmap discussions.

  • Support pricing, packaging, and commercialization initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue growth.

  • Track and measure the impact of product marketing programs.
