OUR  MISSION

We exist to create a more connected, compassionate, and confident experience for people with cancer and those who care for them. We make it easier to get answers, access high-quality care quickly, and feel supported throughout treatment and beyond.

Today, Thyme Care is a market-leading value-based oncology care enabler, partnering with national and regional health plans, providers, and employers to deliver better outcomes and lower costs for thousands of people across the country. Our model combines high-touch human support with powerful technology and AI to bring together everyone involved in a person’s cancer journey: caregivers, oncologists, health plans, and employers.

As a tech-native organization, we believe technology should strengthen the human connection at the center of care. Through data science, automation, and AI, we simplify complexity, improve collaboration, and help care teams focus on what matters most: supporting people through cancer.

Looking ahead, our vision is bold: to become a household name in cancer care, where every person diagnosed asks for Thyme Care by name. If you’re inspired to make cancer care more human and to help reimagine what’s possible, we’d love to meet you. Together, we can build a future where every person with cancer feels truly cared for, in every moment that matters.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Thyme Care creates, sells, deploys, and continuously iterates on innovative programs that improve cancer care delivery, reduce unnecessary spend, and support oncology practices in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Through our Thyme Care Oncology Partners (TCOP) network, we collaborate closely with practices to drive measurable clinical and financial impact.
The Program Manager, Provider Interventions owns the strategy, execution, and performance of Thyme Care’s provider incentive and drug intervention programs across the TCOP network. These programs are designed to reduce Part B spend while maintaining or improving quality of care.

This role is responsible for defining the end-to-end strategy to increase program adoption, ensuring practices have the tools, workflows, and incentives needed to participate successfully, and tracking outcomes and performance at scale. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally with Commercial Directors, Product, Product Operations, Health Economics, and Data Science teams, and will be directly client-facing—partnering with oncology practices to drive implementation and sustained engagement. As Thyme Care develops new provider interventions, this person will bring those to life through our network.

Strategy & Program Ownership

  • Own the overall strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Thyme Care’s provider intervention and drug incentive programs.
  • Support the rollout and implementation of new interventions, both creating internal tools and resources for supporting teams, as well as the external testing and launch plan.
  • Continuously evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion across the network.

Practice Adoption & Commercial Partnership

  • Partner closely with Commercial Directors to identify target practices and prioritize rollout opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies, messaging, and marketing materials to support practice adoption and engagement.
  • Support commercial conversations with data-driven insights, program performance narratives, and implementation plans.

Product & Operational Enablement

  • Partner with Product and Product Operations to design, build, and iterate on dashboards, monitoring tools, and operational resources to support program execution.
  • Collaborate with Product to define and implement practice-facing workflows and tools that reduce friction and make participation easier.
  • Identify blockers to adoption and proactively develop solutions, partnerships, or process improvements to address them.

Client-Facing Implementation

  • Serve as a key client-facing leader for provider intervention programs, driving implementations with oncology practices in partnership with Product and Commercial teams.
  • Work directly with practice stakeholders to support onboarding, workflow adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Act as a trusted partner to practices, balancing program goals with operational and clinical realities.

Measurement, Reporting & Insights

  • Own program tracking, monitoring, and recurring performance reporting for internal leadership.
  • Partner with Health Economics and Data Science to define KPIs, measure impact, and quantify financial and clinical outcomes.
  • Translate data and insights into clear recommendations for leadership, commercial teams, and product stakeholders.

WHAT LEADS TO SUCCESS

This role sits at the center of Thyme Care’s efforts to reduce unnecessary spend while supporting high-quality oncology care. By driving adoption of provider interventions across the TCOP network, the Program Manager, Provider Interventions directly impacts financial performance, provider engagement, and the scalability of Thyme Care’s value-based care model. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
