About the teamThe Sales Enablement team equips Zillow’s go‑to‑market organization with the playbooks, training, tools, and insights they need to sell with consistency and impact. We partner closely with Zillow Preferred partners (i.e. real estate agents and Team Leads), Zillow Pro (including Follow Up Boss), and Zillow Home Loans to align messaging, improve field and partner agents readiness, and turn strategy into repeatable execution. Our scope includes new‑hire onboarding and continuous learning, content and pitch standardization, readiness programs for launches, CRM and sales‑system best practices, and outcome measurement (ramp time, adoption, win rate, and productivity). We work cross‑functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance to simplify the path from idea to adoption so field teams can focus on customers and deliver results.

About the role

This role leads a team of sales product enablement program managers who own end-to-end; scoping problems, designing solutions, creating enablement content, delivering programs, measuring adoption, and iterating based on results. The Senior Manager partners closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Business Operations, and other stakeholders to translate operational and product changes into actionable, high-impact certifications, process documents, learning engagements, and guided practice files. The Senior Manager will set the direction for the team, guiding goal-based outputs through excellent coaching, accountability, and prioritization. By improving sales effectiveness and influencing critical performance metrics, this role helps elevate the performance of the sales team and advance the organization’s GTM priorities.

What You Will Do

Product Enablement Direction

  • You will set the priority, direction, outputs, and SLAs for all product enablement development for the selling org. 

  • Scope challenges, gather insights, and design high-impact solutions that improve sales performance.

  • Driving excellence in certification execution, documentation of product and process, and launch communications. 

  • Translate operational and product changes into clear, actionable programs that drive adoption and results.

  • Develop materials to on-board new hires on core/strategic suite of products.

  • Catalog product knowledge documentation in a way that is easy to search, find, and use. Own governance and accountability for those updating core materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Business Operations, and other stakeholders to align enablement with product launch timelines.

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert and trusted advisor for sales on product changes.

  • Maintain strong feedback loops to ensure programs are relevant, scalable, and high-impact.

Content Development and Delivery

  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality enablement content, including playbooks, guides, process documents, frameworks, and workshops.

  • Lead live and virtual sessions, coaching managers and sellers on adoption of new processes and tools.

  • Pilot and iterate on new approaches to maximize learning, adoption, and behavioral change.

Measurement and Improvement

  • Defines and executes against success metrics for the team. Can translate output metrics into actionable input driven programming. 

  • Analyzes adoption trends providing insights on product adoption. Leads content updates to increase adoption of core products.

  • Open to and promotes ideas and change where scalability and impact are clear. 

  • Is scientific in your approach to hypothesis testing and launching.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $144,800.00 - $231,200.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $137,500.00 - $219,700.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, field enablement, product marketing, or related fields.

  • Proven track record designing and delivering sales enablement initiatives that drive measurable sales outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

  • Deep understanding of sales motions, GTM execution, and performance drivers.

  • Highly organized with strong project and program management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
