About Loti AI, Inc

Our names, our faces, our voices, our personas and our memories are some of the most fundamental things we call uniquely our own. We carry them throughout our lives and share versions of them with those we spend our limited time with. Loti’s mission is to make sure that who you are remains within your control. That everyone has the right to be remembered or forgotten and that technology should aid, not hinder, us in this effort. AI is a powerful tool, but we can’t let the hammer become the architect.

Loti will promote human creativity and individuality by protecting those who share their gifts.

At Loti AI, we’re building the infrastructure to protect digital identity at scale. Our platform helps public figures, creators, and brands safeguard their likeness and content across the internet. As AI-generated impersonation and deepfakes rise, we believe everyone should control how they show up online.

Role and Responsibilities

Loti AI is a tech company focused on protecting digital identity and likeness across the open web. We work at the intersection of AI, media, and digital rights.
We’re seeking an innovative and thorough product leader to operationalize and execute new growth initiatives. This role owns the upstream planning, analysis, and initiative design while coordinating cross-functionally with operations, product, GTM, and legal/compliance teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver cross-functional initiative launches - Drive stakeholder alignment, define success criteria, coordinate workstreams, and ensure seamless execution of strategic projects from concept to completion.
  • Conduct strategic planning and scenario modeling - Build frameworks for evaluating trade-offs, forecast resource needs, run scenario planning, and guide executive decision-making on strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate strategic partnerships and business development - Lead evaluation, negotiation support, and integration planning for key partnerships, platform relationships, and strategic alliances.
  • Build strategic visibility and tracking - Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor progress on strategic initiatives, partnership health, and market opportunities.
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making - Prepare executive briefings, strategy presentations, and business cases to support leadership decisions on new initiatives and resource allocation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7–10+ years experience, with experience in management consulting, product operations, program management, or related operational leadership roles in high-growth tech environments.
  • Track record of building 0→1 operational programs and a clear point-of-view on how that transitions to 1→100.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—able to align product, engineering, legal, security, and GTM teams.
  • Comfortable with data and analytics (SQL, dashboards, retention/revenue metrics) to inform decisions and track outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—capable of distilling complexity for audiences at all levels internal & external.
  • Equally comfortable with high-level strategy and granular execution
What We Offer
  • Dynamic, high-performance, ambitious culture where highly accountable individuals are empowered to take ownership, deliver impact and drive results.
  • Competitive salary
  • Equity package with meaningful ownership
  • Health, dental, vision and 401k matching benefits
  • Direct impact on the trajectory of a mission-driven company

Compensation: $140k–$180k DOE + competitive equity

Actual compensation offered will be determined by a number of factors including job-related knowledge, domain knowledge, skills, skill level, relevant years of experience, geographic location and interview performance. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
