Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Tax Accounting to join our growing global tax team at a dynamic multinational organization. This highly visible role is responsible for leading the global income tax provision and partnering across the business on tax planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a tax leader who enjoys building and improving processes, and who brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to scaling operations. There is a strong focus on leveraging technology, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement as the organization continues to grow.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and manage the global quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740, including related disclosures
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support tax-related audits and financial statement disclosures
- Coordinate closely with internal business partners such as Accounting and FP&A to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
- Hold a key role in designing, improving, and implementing global tax processes to support a growing and complex business
- Drive improvements in tax technology, data quality, and automation tools
- Partner with external advisors and internal teams on value-added initiatives, including cash tax planning and M&A activity (acquisitions and integrations)
- Research and analyze complex tax technical issues and clearly communicate conclusions to leadership
- Mentor and develop members of a growing tax team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- 8+ years of federal tax experience, including a mix of Big 4 and in-house roles
- Experience operating in an in-house environment, with a clear understanding of internal processes and standards
- Strong experience with income tax provision and ASC 740
- Solid knowledge of U.S. federal tax
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex tax issues
- Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for business partners
- Able to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in tax technology, automation, and process improvement

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $155,000 - $170,000 USD. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
