Key Responsibilities

  • Define brand positioning and ensure alignment across all marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and qualified leads.
  • Oversee campaign planning, messaging, and creative direction.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth and audience engagement.
  • Mentor and support peers and team members by sharing expertise, exchanging experiences, and contributing best practices during scheduled training calls.


Requirements
  • 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven success in creating and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong copywriting, content development, and brand positioning skills.
  • Experience in purpose-driven, education, or professional services industries is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Based in the U.S. or Canada with reliable internet access.
