Responsibilities:
  • Advise and support senior marketing leaders on operational performance and strategic growth initiatives.

  • Improve lead lifecycle operations—from scoring and routing to SDR and Sales handoff—ensuring smooth transitions and clean data.

  • Partner with the BI team to analyze funnel performance and uncover key insights that improve execution.

  • Build predictive models to forecast pipeline needed to achieve bookings targets across inbound, outbound, partner, and ABM opportunity sources.

  • Lead and elevate the marketing operating cadence—supporting the CMO and VP of Demand with materials for executive and board-level updates.

  • Drive prioritization and coordination of key projects across Campaign Ops, Marketing Systems, and Account Research.

  • Lead GTM Engineering initiatives to pilot and scale innovative workflows using tools like Clay, Zapier, and ChatGPT.

  • Collaborate with RevOps and IT to align systems strategy across Salesforce, Marketo, 1mind, UserGems, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, and other GTM platforms.

Qualifications:
  • 7–10+ years in Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM Strategy roles in B2B SaaS.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing and sales.

  • Deep understanding of lead flow, demand generation, and SDR processes.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and related GTM tools.

  • Strategic thinker who can operate at both detailed and executive levels.

  • Experience leading experimental or automation-focused projects.

  • Skilled communicator with a track record of influence across GTM leadership.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
