An inclusive work environment is an empowering one. At Cutover, we lead with empathy and enable others to succeed through curiosity, kindness, and self-expression.

Location: Remote in US (Eastern time zone only please) or NY office

If you are local to our New York City office, you can choose how often you’ll work from home vs the office - whether you’re fully remote or hybrid.

We regret that we are unable to provide work visa sponsorship at this time.

Cutover provides enterprise technology operations teams with an AI-powered SaaS solution that automates and streamlines complex processes with intelligent runbooks. The Cutover solution enables teams to respond to incidents quickly, recover from IT outages, and manage cloud migrations with precision and efficiency. Cutover is used in many of the world's largest financial institutions to support their critical technology operations, including 5 out of the top 6 largest asset managers and 3 out of the top 5 US banks.

What does this role mean to us?

At Cutover the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team is the operational arm of both sales and marketing. RevOps helps the company grow more efficiently and cost-effectively by aligning our systems, processes, and people. This role will report to the Revenue Operations Lead.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to help us ensure a return on investment for our marketing technology stack, optimize the way our go-to-market tools and teams work, and measure marketing performance.

Rev Ops is a collaborative team that values curiosity and proactive problem-solving. We are comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback and approach professional skills with a growth mindset. We maintain a trusting environment where we treat mistakes as valuable data points for rapid iteration, expecting team members to proactively propose solutions rather than waiting for instructions.

What will you be doing as our Senior Marketing Operations Specialist?
  • MarTech Ecosystem Ownership: Act as the primary administrator for our marketing technology stack (HubSpot Marketing Hub for marketing automation and Salesforce for CRM), ensuring integration, data integrity, and user adoption across teams.
  • Lead Lifecycle & Routing Architecture: Architect and manage the complete lead lifecycle, overseeing lead routing logic (LeanData), database enrichment (Clay), database hygiene, and prospect segmentation tailored to our enterprise GTM model
  • Campaign & Workflow Execution: Build, execute, and continuously optimize multi-touch campaign operations within HubSpot, translating marketing strategy into complex workflow automation and targeted email deployments.
  • Full-Funnel Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards and run ad-hoc analyses to accurately track campaign ROI, lead conversions, and pipeline influence, providing actionable insights for GTM leadership.
  • Process Automation: Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement automated, scalable tech solutions to drive operational excellence and eliminate manual tasks.
  • Hybrid Sales Ops Support (10-15%): support critical Sales Operations functions, including territory management, assisting AEs with our internal CPQ processes, and managing Salesforce closed-won workflows.
What we’d like you to bring to the table…
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations at a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to build workflows, pull lists, QA emails, and execute the campaigns that support our go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong data manipulation skills (you are a power user of Excel/Google Sheets). You excel at doing the heavy lifting to clean raw data and build the reports that our leadership team relies on to make strategic decisions.
  • Experience with setting up website analytics and event tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
  • Strong project management capabilities with a track record of fully owning the operational execution and technical build-out for critical, cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
  • A systems-thinking mindset with high attention to detail: you proactively identify logical flaws and take pride in building rock-solid ops.
  • A desire to expand your RevOps footprint: you are a marketing ops expert who would welcome cross-training with our Senior Rev Ops Analyst to gain exposure with mid-to-bottom funnel sales operations tasks.
‘Nice to haves’ that we would love to see:
  • Architectural knowledge of the HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration, ideally backed by a Salesforce Administrator certification (or a strong desire to obtain one).
  • Experience with our wider marketing tech stack or equivalent solutions (Clay, Zoominfo, LeanData).
  • Experience with supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) operations for enterprise target accounts with long, complex buying cycles.
  • Experience building, testing, and debugging lead routing and enrichment workflows.
  • Experience in a marketing role and made a pivot into marketing ops.
  • You’ve used AI beyond querying LLMs to solve non-deterministic business problems.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and keeping CRM databases compliant.
  • Proficiency with data querying and manipulation (SQL) and visualization / reporting (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI).
  • Experience with integrating a Salesforce with AWS ACE.
The good stuff…
  • We're excited to offer Share Options as part of our compensation package.
  • 20 days of PTO per year + public holidays, and we want you to take all of them!
  • 3 volunteer days to use for any charitable/voluntary cause you would like.
  • A top-tier private health insurance package.
  • 401k contribution plan
  • Work from home stipends
  • personal learning and development budget through Learnerbly. You’ll be supported in your quest for knowledge, whatever that looks like to you.
  • If you’re thinking of starting or growing your family, then you’ll be in great company - more than half of our team are parents and we’ve built a globally consistent parental leave approach that we’re proud of.
  • Employee Referral Scheme.
  • Safeguarding the mental health of our teams is paramount for us. If you’d like to, then you’ll be able to avail yourself of multiple Cutover mental health initiatives, from fully subsidized therapy sessions to subscriptions to leading wellbeing platforms.

Target compensation package for higher cost of living areas (e.g. New York City): $100,000-110,000 base, + stock options + benefits.

Target compensation package for all other living areas: $75,000-95,000 base, + stock options + benefits.

The final offer may vary from the target compensation package, taking into consideration factors such as your experience level and skill set.  If we aren't aligned on salary at this stage, we’d still love to hear from you to better understand if there are more suitable opportunities at Cutover.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
