We are seeking a Martech Execution Manager to join our growing team. A key member of the Martech Engineering team, this role is responsible for the orchestration between all teams for CRM projects and campaigns (client, creative, copy, campaign execution, strategy, product and project management). The Martech Execution Manager is responsible for monitoring activities in partnership with Program Delivery to ensure all campaign level needs are being facilitated and met.
This role is required to be on call outside of business hours as needed.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage and report on projects, accounts, and schedules on a daily basis
Provide timely communication across teams
Facilitate regular production and status meetings
Coordinate campaigns from initial stages through delivery
Create timelines and work back plans for campaigns and platform-related projects
Ensure stages of projects are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource, and deadline deliverables
Deliver on a campaign schedule within a set project schedule; track progress and regularly update stakeholders
Assist with campaign calendar; partner with strategists to secure timing of campaign launches
Proactively recommend process improvements
Create and refine operation processes; alert Program Delivery and Client Service about potential risks and/or needs
Preferred Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or technical coordination role
Workfront knowledge preferred
Knowledge of CRM or other marketing automation technology a plus
Demonstrated success prioritizing, monitoring, and managing individual workload across multiple projects/clients
Proactive; ability to work independently without being micromanaged
Adaptable; proven ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities
Solution-focused with strong troubleshooting skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Availability and willingness to be on call outside of business hours as needed
BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
