- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 and Azure services (e.g., Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) and third-party systems using connectors, APIs, and custom connectors.
- Own and evolve environment strategy and ALM practices, including solution packaging, managed/unmanaged strategy, environment variables, pipeline automation, and source control.
- Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance controls such as DLP policies, RBAC, auditing, monitoring, and change management.
- Mentor and guide engineers, makers, and analysts; provide technical reviews, coaching, and hands-on enablement.
- Partner with security, risk, data, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure solutions comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement preventative improvements.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, architecture diagrams, support runbooks, and user enablement materials.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in application development, automation, analytics, or related engineering roles, with 4+ years of deep, hands-on Power Platform delivery.
- Proven experience leading solution design and implementation for complex, enterprise-scale Power Platform initiatives.
- Advanced expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) including component frameworks, complex UX patterns, and performance considerations.
- Advanced expertise in Power Automate including complex orchestration, error handling, approvals, integration patterns, and Power Automate Desktop (preferred).
