Come join us in our mission of being the Human Side of Hardware!
The Role:
In this role, you will own the day-to-day performance of NetSuite—but more importantly, you will be the guardian of our system's architecture. We are looking for a strategic systems thinker who always asks "why" before "how." If a department asks for a highly customized workflow, your first instinct shouldn't be to build it immediately; it should be to sit down with them, uncover the core business problem they are trying to solve, and guide them toward a scalable, sustainable solution. You will look at the big picture, drive improvements, and ensure our systems support our growth without breaking.
What You'll Do:
Act as a Strategic Consultant: Partner with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Operations, Sales) to deeply understand their objectives. Don't just execute requests; analyze if the requested change is actually the right way to achieve the goal in the first place.
Guard Against Technical Debt: Aggressively protect our NetSuite environment by reducing unnecessary customizations. Champion standard, out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality to ensure long-term stability, cleaner data, and easier system upgrades.
Challenge the Status Quo: Continuously audit our existing workflows, scripts, and processes. If we are doing something just because "that's how it's always been done," proactively highlight the weakness and engineer a leaner, more efficient way.
Champion Business Continuity: Proactively identify single points of failure, security vulnerabilities, or fragile workflows. Build robust solutions that ensure daily operations run smoothly as the business scales.
Intelligent Development & Administration: Design, test, and deploy SuiteScript, workflows, and integrations only when necessary. Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards to deliver actionable business intelligence.
Manage the Foundation: Oversee user setup, roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient system usage, while maintaining strict compliance with change management policies.
Provide Expert Support: Serve as the technical point of contact, providing front-line user support, troubleshooting, and training. (Note: Occasional support outside standard business hours may be required for critical implementations).
What You'll Bring:
3–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Admin experience (Experience with OneWorld is a plus).
An inherently inquisitive mindset: Your favorite question is, "What problem are we actually trying to solve here?"
The confidence and tact to push back: You are comfortable telling stakeholders "no" (or "not like that") while clearly explaining the risks of over-customization and offering a better alternative.
A "systems thinking" approach: You understand that a small change in one department's workflow can have a massive ripple effect on another department's data, and you plan accordingly.
Strong technical chops: Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite reporting/analytics, balanced by a preference for native NetSuite solutions.
NetSuite Administrator Certification (Required).
Bonus points for: ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteFlow/SuiteScript certifications.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $110,000 – $135,000 USD annually (commensurate with experience and certifications).
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for real support when you need it
Free Coursera Professional Certifications to level up your skills
Generous vacation & sick time, plus paid time off to give back to your community
