between $82,000 and $101,150 USD (United States) or $80,700 and $99,650 CAD
(Canada). We aim to hire between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range and offers at the maximum of the range are uncommon. The final offered salary will be based on candidate's proficiency in skill set, prior relevant experience, internal equity, market considerations, and other factors. This role is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Empathy and ability to identify with customer's mindset
- Experience maintaining a high level of activity, managing multiple ongoing projects, and working effectively in a team environment
- Become an expert in a range of VelocityEHS products and solutions
- Successfully mentor and coach customers as they go through the onboarding process
- Manage setup of software for multiple products for customers going through the onboarding process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VelocityEHS's newest clients, owning the onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle
- Effectively onboard new/expansion customers
- Project manage a portfolio of customer onboardings to successful outcomes, accelerating Time to Value
- Manage setup of all software products/modules
- Actively lead Director level customer-facing communications (live, virtual, written)
- Effectively deliver engaging enablement training and workshops on a variety of product offerings
- Ability to independently coordinate relevant parties and solve complex customer issues
- Drive early adoption
- Evaluate onboarding effectiveness
- Document and track time to value metrics
- Participate in business analysis for system enhancements or modifications to the Product team
- Proactively anticipate outcomes, and strategize with customer best possible solution(s)
- Mentor others within same or less-tenured role
- Mentor interns
- Development and ownership of multiple internal processes
- Communicate requests for system enhancements or modifications to the Product team
- Facilitate resolution when a technical issue is encountered by working with VelocityEHS Customer Support
- Liaise with other teams across the company (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.)
- Interview new hire candidates
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant area or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding or related role within SaaS industry
- Experience maintaining a high level of activity, managing multiple ongoing projects, and working effectively in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong decision-making and organizational
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Experience working independently, but can also be an effective team member
- Pro-active learner and open to constructive feedback
- Effectively manage customer expectations
- Active listening skills
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Additional languages a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Workfront, or Gainsight
- Proficient in 6 Critical Skills Training
- Environmental, Health, and Safety background or experience
