About Carvana

At Carvana, we sell cars—but we’re not car salesmen. Our promise is simple: we won’t sell a car to a customer that we wouldn’t sell to our own mom. Period. That’s why every vehicle goes through Carvana’s process, where it’s inspected, perfected, and prepared to meet our high standards before it ever reaches you. And now, we’re bringing those same values to our new car dealerships—delivering quality, trust, and care you’d be proud to share with Mom.

We strive to provide only the highest quality vehicles to our customers in our mission to deliver a no-hassle, better car buying experience. We are actively looking for passionate and talented individuals who can help us deliver on that promise.

About the role

The Regional Senior Manager, Dealership Operations leads Carvana’s fixed operations performance across multiple service centers in the East region. This leader owns regional P&L, throughput, labor efficiency, parts performance, and customer experience. They are accountable for consistent execution and results across every location. This is a multi-site leadership role focused on building capable site leaders, standardizing how the network operates, and balancing capacity against demand from site to site.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own regional P&L — revenue, labor efficiency, gross profit, and customer experience across all sites in the region.
  • Manage and develop store level GMs (typically 3–4 sites); hold each site leader accountable to targets and grow their capability.
  • Review site and regional KPIs and drive action plans where sites are off target; identify underperforming sites early and close the gaps.
  • Ensure consistent SOP execution across all sites and partner with the Implementation & Training team on rollout of new processes and tools.
  • Balance capacity against demand across sites, coordinating with centralized teams so volume and repair mix match each site’s capacity.
  • Resolve cross-site issues and partner with central functions on behalf of the region.
  • Run the regional operating cadence: weekly action planning, weekly targets reviews, and the monthly forecast & actuals review.
  • Maintain alignment with OEM (particularly Stellantis) warranty, recall, and CSI programs, and uphold safety and compliance standards across all sites.
  • Represent regional performance, risks, and investment needs to corporate leadership.
What you should have
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in Fixed Operations, including multi-site or regional responsibility; Stellantis experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record managing P&L across multiple locations and exceeding OEM CSI, gross profit, and operational goals.
  • Demonstrated success developing and managing site-level leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of Stellantis systems (DealerConnect, wiADVISOR, STAR Parts, Mopar standards) strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage regional P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results through others.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between sites within the region.
What we’ll offer in return
  • Full-Time Position with a competitive salary
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits
  • 401K with company match
  • A multitude of perks including student loan payments, discounts on vehicles, benefits for your pets, and much more
  • A great wellness program to keep you healthy and happy, both physically and mentally
  • Access to opportunities to expand your skillset and share your knowledge with others across the organization
  • A company culture of promotions from within, with a start-up atmosphere allowing for varied and rapid career development
  • A seat in one of the fastest-growing companies in the country
Other requirements

To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • A clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or DUI’s in the last three years

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
